This Thursday and Friday, February 2-3, 2006, a few members of the Stickam team will be in Miami, Florida attending Idate 2006. This convention with over 300 registered participants will be focusing on the business management and marketing of a Social Networking and an Online Dating website.
If you will be attending this event please stop by our booth and visit us in the Madrid Room at 1:30 on Thursday.
The email address to upload media from your cell phone has been changed to post@go.stickam.com.
Thank you for your patience during our outage today. We have added a very important new feature for videochat hosts. If you click on the persons username on your list of visitors you will see a option to "ban" a person from your chat session. 
This function will completely block them from ever accessing your chat again unless you ask us to remove the ban. A user that has been banned by 2 different users will have their account immediately de-activated and will have their case investigated. "Kick" function will kick them out for an hour on members, 24 hours on visitors.
You will also notice a link at the bottom of each page labeled "abuse report". Please report any activity you feel to be offensive and we at Stickam will investigate your situation. We have added these new features for the protection of you, our members.
This week has been a huge week for Stickam. As you can tell we have released a brand new site design as well as a new Stickam player design.
We have also launched some new features. One of the coolest new features that we added are our video chat rooms. Join an existing room or create your own room and view up to 12 live cams all at once.
There will be a release today from 10:30 am to 11:30 am. (Pacific Time) During this time, the site will be closed, and put under maintenence. New features will be added to the site, so be sure to check them out.
Yesterday we added 4 more new features to the Stickam website.
1. Invite Friends - Now you can send an email inviting all your friends and family to join Stickam so that you can
videochat with them! Also share use Stickam to share photos and movies with them.
2. Comments - Leave a comment for a person about a photo, video, or audio that somebody uploaded.
3. Rank - You can now give rank photos, videos, and audio. Upload your media and see if you can get to the top!
4. Video Codes - We are now providing you with individual codes for all your videos. Take the codes and place them
on your blog or webpage to share with others.
The design for "My Page" has changed.
The new design is a cleaner, sleeker looking page.

What's New at Stickam for 2006?
We are exciting about all the new features we are adding to Stickam this coming year. One of our biggest additions is going to be a webcam chat community. Along with this we have already launched our new enlarged chat player that allows you to view up to 5 other people's webcams. Please keep checking back for a list of other features we are launching in the beginning of this year.
Stickam will also be attending Idate 2006 in Miami, Florida in February.
